INFORMATION ABOUT THE SEMESTER CLOSURE
The submission deadline for the semester closing documents is usually during the second part of the semester exam period. The submission deadline is listed in the "Dates and deadlines" for each semester. We notify students in advance of the deadline and submission format. Templates for the documents to be submitted can be found on the Doctoral School website (see Downloads).
RECORD OF THE COURSE RESULTS
- Comprehensive course (’Átfogó előadás’): the result will be recorded in the electronic system by the administration of the Doctoral School; no further action is required.
- Optional courses: The result will be recorded in the electronic system by the respective lecturer/department. We kindly ask every student to monitor the process and notify us of any problems or delays. If the Neptun system is not available for the given course (e.g., for courses at external institutions), we accept a signed and sealed completion certificate.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE END OF EACH SEMESTER
- Research project (’Tudományos kutatómunka’): it is certified by filling out the certification paper and the signature of the supervisor. The doctoral school administration will record the results in the electronic system.
